The Worst Collection of All-Stars, EVER

CREATED Jul 12, 2011

Major league baseball's midsummer classic upon us. With such an event, focus is always given to players who were snubbed compared to those with lesser stats. Voting is done by the fans, and can be a bit of a popularity contest. With this comes the yearly "how the heck did they make it?" chatter.

The Wall Street Journal has taken this in a historic direction and showcased what they believe to be the worst collection of former MLB all-stars. It's quite a hodge-podge of one-time talent that fell off the face of the earth, or was merely a one-hit wonder.

Most interesting to me are the three former Milwaukee Brewers who made the cut.
