Last week, it was confirmed the Brewers would be without reliever Jim Henderson the rest of the season.
It has been a frustrating 2014 for Henderson. He was the presumed closer coming into the season, only for the team to give the role to Francisco Rodriguez after seeing decreased velocity from Henderson during the spring.
When Henderson did pitch this season, he made 14 appearances but had a rough 7.15 earned run average. He gave up nine earned runs in just 11 1/3 innings.
On Tuesday, Henderson provided fans with an update that he had "Round 2" of his surgeries:

The 31-year-old Canadian reliever will look to return better than ever next spring for the Brewers, in an effort to establish a role in the team's bullpen.
