Report: Packers to bring in veteran guard/center for visit

Though the initial flurry of NFL free agency is over, the Green Bay Packers are still deep into efforts to find new talent to add to the roster.

The Packers could be bringing in a possible replacement for Evan Dietrich-Smith this week. According to the Green Bay Press-Gazette's Pete Dougherty:

McGlynn has 48 games of starting experience in his five years in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts.

He was the Eagles' starting center for 14 of the 16 regular season games of 2010, and started at center and right guard for the Colts in 2012-13.

Dietrich-Smith left the Packers for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in free agency, leaving the Packers searching for a permanent solution at center.
