Have you ever wondered what really happens at the NFL Scouting Combine or why players have to do things like run a 40-yard dash? You're not alone. One man that knows what does happen and how to get athletes trained and in shape for competition at the NFL level is Brad Arnett of NX Level in Waukesha.
Brad joins Jeff and Doug Russell on Sports Central to talk about the athletes he's worked with and what type of training goes into pre-combine work. While Brad has had the fortune of working with top level athletes like former Badger and current Houstan Texan, JJ Watt, he's also worked with weekend warriors. Guys like Jeff Falconio, Greg Matzek and Lance Allan.
Brad shares his memories of that fatefull day when Greg, Jeff and Doug tried to complete and NFL draft workout.
