The Most Important Non-Presidential Election of the Decade
"The Most Important Non-Presidential Election of the Decade"!
That's how a piece in the Wall Street Journal this morning describes the ongoing effort to recall Scott Walker. Here's a key line: "In Wisconsin, the evidence is mounting that Mr. Walker hasn't brought economic Armageddon but financial stability. Last year's $3 billion budget deficit is now a $300 million surplus - and it was accomplished without the new taxes that the unions favored."
So tell me again why we're spending perhaps tens of millions of taxpayer dollars on a recall?
