Sunday's upcoming Green Bay Packers-San Francisco 49ers tussle on the road has the feel of a playoff game in September.
Journal Sentinel Packers beat writer Tyler Dunne tells TODAY'S TMJ4's Rod Burks that to get the win, Green Bay has to do what it didn't do in their playoff loss in January - stop the 49ers' read-option scheme that destroyed the Packers' defense.
"They have to be prepared for Colin Kaepernick, for the read-option...they weren't prepared for it last time," said Dunne.
However, Dunne says Green Bay's own running game is also going to be key, especially to take the pressure off of quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
"That's going to be huge. They want to go up tempo, do the no-huddle, dictate the tempo of the game, but through that, they want to run the ball well."
