  • I've attached a few photos of an "Upcicle", which I've termed since one of these fell off our chimney stack a few days ago. Apparently, snow or ice accumulates on the top of our chimney cover and melts from the exhaust coming out. Water builds up from the melting snow or ice and reforms as icicles on the outside of the chimney. However, they appear to grow upwards which is something I've never noticed before..! Paul Godbout

I just liked the look of the obviously cold runner against the lake backdrop with the menacing dark sky just at the lake.
