Two astronauts on the International Space Station still celebrated Thanksgiving even though they were hundreds of miles away from home and from Planet Earth.
NASA astronauts Rick Mastracchio and Mike Hopkins gave people back home of the fine food they would be enjoying on Thanksgiving.
Their selection included irradiated turkey, freeze-dried cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes minus the gravy, green beans and mushrooms, candied yams and cherry-blueberry cobbler.
The International Space Station is 260 miles above Earth. There are currently six astronauts on board -- two Americans, one Japanese and three Russians.
Mastracchio and Hopkins thanked their supporting ground teams and military service members during their Thanksgiving message.
