MILWAUKEE - The now-suspended left fielder of the Milwaukee Brewers says he will make public comments about Major League Baseball taking his last 65 games of the 2013 season away.
The suspension comes after an investigation into performance-enhancing drug use.
The Journal Sentinel's Todd Rosiak tweeted these updates about the situation Thursday:
Ryan Braun says with regard to question of if/when he will speak: "See Mark (Attanasio's) comments or reference what he said." (cont.)— Todd Rosiak (@Todd_Rosiak) July 25, 2013
"When I am able to, I will speak. Thanks."— Todd Rosiak (@Todd_Rosiak) July 25, 2013
More Ryan Braun: "I know it was difficult for everybody, but I was not, and am still not, legally allowed to say anything yet." #Brewers— Todd Rosiak (@Todd_Rosiak) July 25, 2013
Rosiak said the Brewers' PR staff sent that message to reporters.
