Report: Vikings player arrested, cut by team after Packers game

According to a report, a Minnesota Vikings player has been released after an arrest just hours after the Packers-Vikings game Sunday at Lambeau Field.

According to TMZ.com, police claim Jefferson allegedly choked his girlfriend.

NFL.com says Jefferson was released by the team shortly afterward.

Jefferson was ruled out of Sunday's Packers-Vikings game due to a neck injury.
