By Jay Sorgi. CREATED Jan 23, 2014

The coach who mentored running backs like Eddie Lacy will now tutor quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers at the position he played in the NFL: quarterback.

Alex Van Pelt will reportedly take over the role of quarterbacks coach, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora:

Van Pelt played QB for the Buffalo Bills over a long career.  He  takes over for Ben McAdoo, who left to become the New York Giants' QB coach.
