Today's Outlook

Ton O' Sun With Toastier Temps Soon

Sinking, dry air under an area of high pressure will provide us with plenty of blue skies and sunshine for the day.  Continued breezes with an Easterly component will keep temperatures a bit below average, but warmer than yesterday.  Readings will reach the low 50s in most spots across Southeast Wisconsin.  Skies should remain mainly clear tonight and tomorrow morning may remain bright, too.  That will change with the approach of a compact disturbance from the West.  We'll notice more clouds by later Thursday morning and the chance of some scattered showers popping up in proximity of low pressure as it passes by in the afternoon and early Thursday night.  Another broad ridge will bring quiet and warming conditions for the end of the week and the weekend.  Temperatures will top off in the mid 60s Saturday and Sunday.  That several degrees above average for this time of year.
