What's For Dinner?

     For dinner tonight, fish with a delicious, crunchy twist.  Fish is so healthy, it can help your heart and protect your brain.  Check out this recipe for Crunchy Orange Fish Fillets at SentryFoods.com.  The crunch comes from Kellogg's Special K Original Cereal.  Start by patting a pound of your favorite whitefish with a paper towel.  Put 2 cups of the kellogg's Special K Cereal in a shallow baking dish.  Stir in a fourth teaspoon of orange rind, a little salt, pepper, tarragon, and a fourth cup of fresh chopped parsley.  Dip the fish fillets in melted butter and then coat with the cereal mixture.  Place the fillets in a single layer, in a foil-lined baking pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.  serve with orange slices.
