GREENFIELD -- College Avenue is a kind of no-man's-land through this neighborhood, as it is shared by Greenfield and Franklin.
A tipster called Speedbusters here because he says neither community does much to enforce the 25 mile per hour limit.
"Nobody does any radar," wrote a man who calls himself Topdog in an email.
Adding to the problem is an extreme lack of stop signs on College Avenue. From 27th to 51st Street, there is not one reason to stop. Meaning cars have 34 blocks to build up a hefty head of steam.
