MILWAUKEE- Speedbusters returns to the scene of a hit-and-run where a child nearly lost his life.
It's at Teutonia and Ruby -- where it's been almost two weeks since five-year-old Robert Torres Jr. was hit and left for dead.
He was hit by a driver going so fast -- the boy was ripped from his uncle's hand.
And just days later, there's still drivers who push the limit.
The speed limit on Teutonia is 30 miles per hour and it drops to 20 when children are present.
But drivers there were so far over the limit -- Speedbusters would be safe to call them reckless.
Especially as children were trying to get across the street. Crossing the street is what landed Robert Torres Jr. in the hospital.
While people in this neighborhood are looking for some help in that hit-and-run -- they are also hoping to prevent another tragedy on Teutonia.
