MILWAUKEE- Fiesta Garibaldi at 5108 W. Bluemound Ave; it's a popular spot near Miller Park.

The inspector found cases of freezer burned beef dated September, 2008.  There were no expiration dates on prepared food.  Things like refried beans, rice and meat.  Cooked food has to be thrown out after seven days.

Fiesta Garibaldi had a large pot of soup cooling on the kitchen floor. Food must be stored 6 inches off the ground. Fruit flies were in the soda guns at both bars. The restaurant was ordered to "provide effective pest control."

Also, there was no sink in a restroom in the basement so employees can't wash their hands.

Fiesta Garibaldi was fined for its violations. This is our second visit to the restaurant. The owner talked to us back in 2008, but this time around we never heard back.
