MILWAUKEE - Our Dirty Dining team is honoring two spots that serve up clean dining.

Blue Ribbon awards go to a hot spot for cheesesteaks and a place that sells handmade sausage.

Chubby's Cheesesteaks, located at the corner of North Oakland and East North Avenues, have been doing it right for years.

They've served clean dining so long that TODAY'S TMJ4's Courtny Gerrish awarded the joint a Blue Ribbon back in 208.

But the Dirty Dining team has returned because of Chubby's remarkable feat: five years of absolutely spotless health inspections.

The second spot on the Blue Ribbon tour might be a place that you would expect.

Sardina Brothers is a small father/son sausage business that does most of its business online.

They make sausage the old world way, by hand, on Milwaukee's west side.

"This is what you do when you're in business: make sure everything is cleaned the right way, and keep it that way," said owner Jeff Sardina, Sr.

For the last two years, Jeff Sardina, Sr. and Jr. have kept their sausage shop spotless, which is not easy.

So, we're awarding Sardina Brothers a Blue Ribbon.
