GREEN BAY - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is still trying to figure out why a bridge in Green Bay sank more than three feet last week.
Sensors were installed over the weekend on top of three piers. The sensors will detect if there's any more movement and will set off an alarm to warn workers below.
Governor Walker declared an emergency for the bridge on Friday. The declaration could lead to federal money to help with repairs.
