Plymouth police investigating possible human trafficking incident

UPDATE 4:50 p.m. - The Plymouth Police Department has taken three people into custody, according to a news release Monday afternoon.
Those arrested include the 16-year-old girl who told police she was being held against her will - she was arrested for an unrelated juvenile warrant. A 24-year-old man was booked on charges of human trafficking, and a 25-year-old man was arrested for an unrelated burglarly charge.
UPDATE 2:10 p.m.: PLYMOUTH – Plymouth police are investigating a possible human trafficking incident after they received reports of a woman walking the streets, appearing confused Monday morning.
The woman advised officers that she was being held against her will, according to a release from the department.
Upon finding the residence on N. Milwaukee Street, police determined there was a wanted man from Milwaukee inside, who was known to be armed. In an attempt to locate the individual, several people fled the home, but went back in when they realized it was surrounded by police.
Officials set up a perimeter and the SWAT team was called. Three people from the home were taken into custody, including the wanted male.

UPDATE 12:25 p.m.: The tactical situation has ended in downtown Plymouth.
Witnesses told TODAY'S TMJ4 that police were behind cover with guns drawn at highways 67 and C, shutting down nearby streets.
Police have since cleared the scene.
There is no word on what caused the situation.
A heavy law enforcement presence has headed toward Plymouth, Wis. after a report of a possible tactical situation.
It's centered around an area near the intersection of Highway 67 and Highway C in Plymouth.
"I saw all the emergency vehicles racing out of Sheboygan toward Plymouth," said John Kurzetsky, who spoke with 620WTMJ's Jodi Becker.
"I was coming through Plymouth...the street was all closed off. All kinds of police vehicles and ambulances...there was nobody on the street except policemen hiding behind garbage dumpsters with their guns trained on a house or something."
