MILWAUKEE -- Labor day weekend is almost here, and it is coming with a warning: Buckle up, slow down, and don't drink and drive.
Milwaukee County sheriff's deputies said they will be out in force.
"Our goal is clear, we want to make the Milwaukee County freeway system a safer place to drive," said Sheriff David Clarke. "It is important for drivers to remain distraction free and keep their minds on the task of driving."
AAA said they are predicting the highest number of travelers since the recession began in 2008.
