KANSAS CITY - For the first time in its history, McDonald's is testing larger, family-size meal boxes in the United States.
Currently, the "Blitz Box" is only available in Kansas City, Mo., according to a report from BurgerBusiness.com. The boxes are NFL themed, and feature two Quarter Pounders with Cheese, a 20-piece order of Chicken McNuggets, as well as two sides of medium French fries.
The box will set you back $14.99. The deal could expand to other markets, dependent on success.
Family meals are already available in countries like the Czech Republic and Australia, according to the Chicago Tribune.
