MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man accused of helping steal a rare Stradivarius violin was in court Wednesday.

Universal Allah pleaded not guilty to robbery charges earlier Wednesday, but then had to return to court because he failed a drug test.

Allah is charged with robbery and marijuana in conjunction with the theft of the Stradivarius violin.

As far as Allah's marijuana use, the judge gave him a break even though it was a direct violation of his bond.

Allah's lawyer said he plans to get his client substance abuse help.
