KENOSHA -- Schools in Kenosha are installing 1,400 security cameras in an effort to keep students and teachers safe.
The $1.5 million project will take place over the next year.
School leaders said they believe the new web-based system will allow them to better work with police during an emergency. They also said they hope the cameras will deter bullying and vandalism.
