By James Kust. CREATED Nov 18, 2013 - UPDATED: Nov 19, 2013

MILWAUKEE - Twenty-two-year-old Ashanti Hendricks was charged with four counts Monday, including possession of a firearm by a felon, obstructing or resisting an officer, and two counts of bail jumping, according to a criminal complaint.

Hendricks was shot by police last Thursday in an incident at Children's Hospital.  He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.

Hendricks was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Froedtert Hospital but was booked into the Milwaukee County Jail early Friday morning. Milwaukee Police say officers had information the man was armed, and has a long criminal history.

The full list of charges Hendricks faces are as follows: Two counts of felony bail jumping, possession of a firearm by a felon, and obstructing or resisting an officer.

If convicted of all charges, Hendricks could face 36 years in prison, as well as $55,000 in fines.
