MILWAUKEE - This week marks National Child Passenger Safety Week, and a new study reports one in four parents admit they've driven with their children unrestrained.
Car crashes are a leading cause of death for children in the US, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
A third of children who died in car crashes in 2011 were not buckled up.
