Two firefighters injured after fire burns through Slinger home

SLINGER - Fire crews spent Wednesday battling a fire which burned through a house in Washington County.

Two firefighters were injured while fighting the fire.  One of them was hospitalized.  Officials said their injuries were minor.

The fire began at about 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at a home in Slinger.

Both 620WTMJ's Jon Byman and photojournalist Rachel Womack took video showing how the fire burned through the home.

No one was hurt.  Two people were able to escape the fire.
