OSHKOSH - A new report shows algae blooms, polluted run off and invasive species are the three main concerns from the public about Lake Winnebago.
Resource management from all five counties surrounding the lake have collected data over the past three months. Leaders say it's about collaborating with other counties to make the lake clean and safe.
"It's really important to us, and I think people are just really passionate about what they do on the lake whether they're boaters or anglers or whether they just like to drive by it and look at it at different times of the year," said Community Development Educator, Catherine Neiswender.
Resource management is still looking for public comment on the lake until this Friday, July 12. If you'd like to take the survey or read the latest report, just click on this link to take the survey.
