MILWAUKEE - The news of the rescue of three missing, kidnapped women in Cleveland hits home for a family in Milwaukee.
They're still holding out hope that their daughter, Alexis Patterson, is still alive after being missing for more than a decade.
"Bring my baby home," said Frank Jackson, his granddaughter.
"She needs to be with my family."
Jackson says he thinks about her every day.
"I'm her grandfather. I hurt. My daughter hurts. Her sisters hurt. Her brothers hurt."
TODAY'S TMJ4 talked with Jackson during a wreath-laying ceremony in Alexis' honor, outside Hi Mount Elementary School where she was last seen.
He believes Alexis is still alive.
"I would like for my granddaughter to come home, so whoever may have her, release her, please. I appreciate it. Let her go. Bring her back to the school or take her to the police department. Let her out," pleaded Jackson.
He prays for a similar outcome to the Cleveland case.
"Bring my family to some kind of closure."
