JANESVILLE - Five employees at a Hewlett Packard store in Janesville have been taken to a hospital after an envelope with white powder showed up at the store Friday morning.
The employees reported not feeling well and feeling itchy. Students at a nearby school were also taken to a different school building, but the school itself was not considered to be under a threat.
Police in Janesville later said there was no credible threat from the white powder. The five people were treated and released at a hospital after reporting feeling sick. A hazmat crew was not able to recover any of the powder.
