MILWAUKEE - A Journal Sentinel reporter says that Wisconsin's former Democratic Senator may be close to taking his name out of the hat for the race for governor in 2014.
Daniel Bice told Newsradio 620 WTMJ's "Wisconsin's Morning News" that Russ Feingold was in talks to be named as a special envoy in Africa, working for the State Department.
Bice says that means Feingold would most likely not run against Gov. Scott Walker in the 2014 selection.
