MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin officials are asking job seekers to bring talent and employers to bring openings to a career fair next month.
The Southeast Wisconsin Career Expo will be held on May 22 at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha. The event is free and runs from noon to 4 p.m.
Job seekers must complete a one-on-one counseling, develop a professional cover letter and resume and complete other pre-screening activities in registration.
State Department of Workforce Development secretary Reggie Newson says dozens of employers and hundreds of job seekers attended two career affairs last year.
Registration and other event information is available online.
