MILWAUKEE - We're about to experience an extremely peaceful work week with a wide range in temperatures from Monday to Friday.
Our region remains sandwiched between an upper level trough to the east and a ridge to the west.
This is allowing much, much colder air to stream our way for the start of the week.
Temperatures Monday, Opening Day at Miller Park, will only reach the mid 30s, while winds will howl out of the northwest with gusts to 25 miles per hour.
High pressure builds in day by day presenting even more sunshine and quiet conditions.
A more southerly flow by mid to late week will boost temperatures back into the 40s and even 50s with no rain expected until next weekend.
