ROME - Sunday will be the first Easter with a new pope. As Pope Francis prepares, he continues to turn heads for his unorthodox form of leadership.
This week, Pope Francis washed and kissed the feet of 12 juvenile inmates.
The pope told the young people, “This is a symbol I am at your service. We have to help one other." Among them were Africans, Muslims and women.
This pope is making his philosophy very much known.
Pope Francis has also chosen a bare hotel room with a sitting room over the papal penthouse.
When he was archbishop in Argentina, he cooked his own meals and rode the bus. And for people who might ask does he really want to be pope those who know his story say absolutely and he seems to be enjoying being himself.
