Deep March freeze lasts into weekend, but April could bring warm temps

CREATED Mar. 21, 2013 - UPDATED: Mar. 21, 2013

MILWAUKEE - The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for more sunshine, light winds and cold temperatures with highs in the upper 20s with wind chills in the teens.

Lows tonight will be in the teens under a clear sky and a light breeze.

The quiet weather continues for Friday and Saturday thanks to high pressure. Highs will warm into the low to mid 30s and the sunshine will feel great.

A huge storm system passes to our south on Sunday, but Milwaukee will be cloudy and windy with flurries and scattered light snow showers which will linger into Monday. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s through Tuesday and possible 40s by late week. Still no big warm up!
