Suspect arrested after Sheriff Clarke receives threatening, racist message

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says that a suspect has been arrested in the case of a threatening letter sent to the office of Sheriff David Clarke.
According to Clarke, the message said "I wish... somebody would shoot you," along with other profane and racist comments.
The suspect has been convicted of making a phone threat in the past. A conviction on the threat, a misdemeanor, could lead to up to 90 days in jail for the suspect.
There were no other initial details on the arrest Wednesday morning.
