RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- A Racine police officer is on administrative duty after he was stopped by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department, reportedly for driving under the influence.

The officer was issued a citation for his first drunken driving offense.

According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department, the officer registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent, twice Wisconsin's legal limit of 0.08 percent.
