Temps climbing, but wind chills still near zero

MILWAUKEE - The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for clouds, flurries, occasional light snow, and a little warm up with highs in the upper teens and wind chills near 0.
Any snow accumulation would be a dusting or less.
The snow is from a weak cold front that will reinforce the cold in western Wisconsin and Minnesota overnight with lows of -10 to -20.
Lows in SE Wisconsin will be in the single digits and a few areas slightly below zero away from the lake.
However, wind chills will remain -5 to -15 overnight in Milwaukee.
Thursday will start off sunny, but clouds increase will an Alberta Clipper system that arrives Thursday night with light snow.
Highs on Thursday will be near 20 with a light breeze.
By Friday morning, low swill be in the teens with about an inch of new snow on the ground.
The light snow continues on Friday with less than an inch of additional accumulation and highs in the mid 20s.
Saturday will be sunny with highs in the lower 20s and a light breeze.
Sunday warms up to 30 as a storm system moves in with snow showers throughout the day.
The warm up continues on Monday with highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s on Tuesday with rain before another cold front arrives on Wednesday.
