BROOKFIELD- Two of Wisconsin's biggest names lent their support after the killing spree at the spa, and they raised more than $60,000.

8-Twelve in Brookfield was packed Monday night with people wanting to do their part to help the youngest victims of the Azana Spa and Salon shooting -- the children of the three women killed: Cary Robuck, Maelyn Lind, and the gunman's wife Zina Haughton.  Zina Haughton's brother, Elvin Daniel, wanted to be there.

"I want to thank the Brookfield community for the outpouring of support we've gotten from them and specifically Aaron Rodgers, Ryan Braun, and Omar Shaikh."

The event sold out in just one day.  More than 200 tickets at $100 a piece, the event raised more than $20,000 right off the bat.  And before anyone had a chance to bid in a silent auction, every penny raised is going to the victims' kids.

A show of support from people who would otherwise be strangers, but who are now more like family.

"It is overwhelming.  The only thing I can think is I wish Zina was here with us.  That's the only thing that keeps coming to mind...she's in all of our hearts and that's how we're going to keep her name alive," says Daniel.

A vigil is being held Sunday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at St. Paul Church on Knapp Street in Milwaukee.
