MILWAUKEE - On Thursday, people in the Milwaukee area may want to bring an umbrella and heavier clothes than they did on Wednesday.
Storm Team 4Caster Scott Steele says we should expect a series of rain and storms to come through this afternoon.
"Another lobe of low pressure will approach Wisconsin today and drag more rounds of rain and some rumbles of thunder through our area as an associated frontal boundary becomes stationary," said Scott, who also predicts .
"With winds shifting to more a northerly direction, temperatures which had reached near 70 degrees yesterday will only reach near 50 degrees today."
For those hoping to tailgate before the Brewers-Dodgers game this afternoon, Scott warns of rain that could fall on people's grills.
"There's the possibility of some scattered showers, but the steadier stuff holds off until later."
He also tells us that that the same weather pattern will persist until at least Saturday.
"The wet, chillier weather will persist through Friday before high pressure shoves in for the weekend when we'll see a return to sunshine."
