PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida - What was supposed to be a fun Spring Break for a Menomonee Falls man ended tragically Saturday.
Panama City Beach police say 21 year old Jacob Winkler fell to his death from a seventh floor balcony.
The incident at Gulf Crest Condominium, 8715 Surf Drive, was reported around 2am.
Police and firefighters say Winkler was pronounced dead at the scene.
No foul play is suspected.
An autopsy, to be performed by the Medical Examiner's Office in Florida, could provide some clue as to what happened.
Panama City Beach police tell WTMJ Radio that Spring Break season lasts from the first week of March until the second week in April and that sadly, something like this tends to happen every year.
