Rome, Italy - You can call former Milwaukee archbishop Timothy Dolan, Cardinal Dolan.
He is among the 22 new cardinals Saturday elevated to that level by Pope Benedict at the Vatican.
Immediately after the ceremony, the pope also spoke of two people who will be named saints in October of this year.
Cardinal Dolan joked that he has a new dream, an even better dream, to one day become a saint.
