MILWAUKEE- Jacinta Mitchell wants to see people stay in shape.  Mitchell says one key is to do what you enjoy. She says pole dancing for fitness is a bonus.

She notes, "It actually works a lot  of your body muscles you would never believe, your abs your arms. It helps you tone up a lot faster than going to a regular gym."

Jacinta is only 37-years-old.  She had a stroke at 35 and that's why healthy habits top her list.  She opened Exotic Fitness Center at 5330 W. Burnham Ave.

"Exotic Fitness" offers everything from boot camps to personal training.

Trainer Corey Paszkiewicz enjoys seeing people reach their fitness goals.  He explains, "When someone loses weight or runs a marathon the rewarding part is seeing the change in somebody's body."

Mitchell worries that the state of Wisconsin is number one in terms of obesity for African Americans.

But she knows that there is hope.  Mitchell's convinced that if more people get moving, fewer people will pay the price of bad health.
