MILWAUKEE- A donor to Scott Walker's campaign is expected to be released from jail Wednesday night.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that a former real estate executive was arrested Tuesday for not cooperating with the on-going John Doe investigation.

TODAY'S TMJ4 has also confirmed that Andrew Jensen Jr. - a minor contributor to Scott Walker's campaign for governor - was in jail Tuesday night.

Jensen Jr. has not been charged, but the newspaper is reporting he was arrested for not cooperating with the on going John Doe investigation.

In September, the FBI raided the home of a key Walker aide. That woman, Cindy Archer has maintained she did nothing wrong

TODAY'S TMJ4's Charles Benson talked with Milwaukee County prosecutors last Tuesday evening, and they had no comment on the arrest.
