MILWAUKEE-  Wanting more than just turkey leftovers for your holiday weekend? Here are two very different spots keeping things clean in the kitchen.

Sal's Pizza on 21st and Wisconsin near the Marquette campus. A family business bringing authentic New York style pizza to Milwaukee. Owner Efraim Elmazi is keeping up the family business. "My father start from 1969 in New Jersey," he told us. The family still has restaurants in Manhattan and the Bronx.

Elmazi is running things here in Wisconsin and keeping things clean. "Me and my wife here we are all the time, and we try to keep clean the place all the time." For that Sal's Pizza gets our first Blue Ribbon Award.

Across town in the Walker's Point Plaza we visited Cafe India on 1st Street near National. Open for business just three months now the owner feels it's something the area needed. "They were looking for Indian food for so long in Bay View, Walker Point area so now we are doing pretty well actually" owner Rakesh Reham tells us.

He believes in two things, a clean kitchen and good food. And gives thanks to his employees. "I appreciate the work of my employees too who basically deliver what I want." Cafe India gets our second Blue Ribbon Award.
