CREATED Aug. 22, 2011

Milwaukee — TODAY’S TMJ4 (WTMJ-TV) announced today that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will appear exclusively on TODAY’S TMJ4 each week during the 2011-12 football season.
Every week during the season, play-by-play announcer Wayne Larrivee will sit down one-on-one with the Super Bowl champion MVP for exclusive television insights and comments on the Packers and their opponents.
Aaron Rodgers One-On-One will air Mondays and Tuesdays on TODAY’S TMJ4 News Live at 10 beginning September 12.
“We are very proud to be associated with Aaron and look forward to him sharing his insights with our audience this season,” Journal Broadcast Group Executive Vice President Steve Wexler said. “Aaron and TODAY’S TMJ4 also share a very special affection for the MACC Fund, and part of this new partnership with Aaron will help both of us support MACC Fund’s efforts to fight childhood cancer even further.”
“I look forward to my relationship with TODAY’S TMJ4 and Wayne Larrivee.  This will be a wonderful opportunity to communicate with the best fans in the entire league”, Rodgers commented.
“This is an exciting opportunity for fans to gain a true insider’s perspective on the team from someone who led them through the unprecedented odds of last season,” said Larrivee.

“There is an incredible amount of interest both in the team and simply in hearing from Aaron,” Larrivee added. “Having the opportunity to sit down face-to-face and talk through the topics that are on everybody’s minds will add a new dimension to conversations we’ll all be having about the Green and Gold this season.”
