SHEBOYGAN - Another vote on Mayor Bob Ryan's future in office is expected Monday night at a special Sheboygan Common Council meeting.
Alderman could again vote in the process of removing Ryan from his post at the meeting, which was prompted by several complaints filed with the city by Sheboygan residents. A city ordinance only allows five people that submitted complaints to speak for five minutes about the situation at the meeting.
A vote is expected to follow the five presentations.
Ryan has come under fire after photos and videos of the heavily-intoxicated mayor surfaced after he went on a three-day drinking binge last month. Witnesses say Ryan passed out at the bar after he made inappropriate comments.
Ryan has refused to step down even as members of the Common Council and residents have called for his resignation.
The Common Council voted 12-2 last week to begin the process of removing him from office by hiring outside attorneys.
