Two Southeast Wisconsin officers to be honored Monday night

Two law enforcement officers from the Milwaukee area will be remembered Monday night in Washington D.C.
  • Robert Martinez was charged with a 7th OWI offense.

  • James Philyaw was charged with burglary of a building or dwelling, as well as possession of burglarious tools.

  • Kyle Zimmer was charged with possession of THC with intent and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

  • Jason Zunker was charged with bail jumping.

  • Jerome Maney was charged with a 5th or 6th OWI offense.

  • Marcia Render was charged with second degree reckless homicide as well as strangulation and suffocation.

  • Jasmine Bielinski was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, neglecting a child, disorderly conduct and a probation violation.

  • Christina Andrews was charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Lakaithia Tinon was charged with harboring or aiding a felon as a party to a crime.
