Two Southeast Wisconsin officers to be honored Monday night

Two law enforcement officers from the Milwaukee area will be remembered Monday night in Washington D.C.

  • Octavia Burton was charged with seven counts of child neglect.

  • Deniece Luckett was charged two counts of recklessly endangering safety, physical abuse of a child, reckless injury while armed, and domestic violence - battery.
