  • As high pressure works its way to our east, winds have shifted around to the Southwest. This will help boost our temperatures by at least 10 degrees compared to our chilly Sunday.

  • The difference in pressure between the high and an approaching low will help produce very windy conditions, as well. In fact, those southwest breezes could gust to 35 miles per hour.

  • As the next storm system approaches from the Dakotas, we'll see an increase in clouds and a chance at some scattered showers for Tuesday.

  • Today: Mostly sunny, windy, and warmer | High: Near 58 | Wind: SW 12-22 mph gusting to 35 mph

  • Tonight: Increasing clouds, breezy, and much more mild | Low: Near 47| Wind: SW 10-15 mph

  • Tuesday: Partly-mostly cloudy, windy, & seasonal with some scattered showers developing | High: Near 61 | Wind: SW 10-20 mph

  • Tuesday night: Showers ending by about midnight, then decreasing clouds and very chilly | Low: Near 38 | Wind: W 7-12 mph

  • Wednesday: Mostly sunny and very cool | High: Near 51
