    As presumptive candidate Mitt Romney arrives in Tampa, so will his running mate, Janesville Congressman Paul Ryan.

  • Romney was set to be officially nominated Tuesday.

    Governor Scott Walker has been slated to speak, though he is battling a vocal problem.

  • "I'm glad if I got to pick a day to not have much of a voice, it's (Monday) and not (Tuesday) night," said Walker to TODAY'S TMJ4's Charles Benson.

    Walker says people will want to head how his battle which culminated in June with the recall election will help Republicans in November.

  • "We prevailed with not only Republicans, independents, even some discerning Democrats," said Walker. "That's the only way you can win. We hope we can transfer that message to the Romney/Ryan ticket as well."

    Walker was slated to talk just before 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night. He has also been set to sit in the front row during the actual nomination process Tuesday night.
