Amanda Bynes leaves rehab, plans to study fashion
Amanda Bynes is home for the holidays after completing inpatient treatment at a rehabilitation center in Malibu. She will be under the continued advisement of her mother, who will be controlling the star's finances, as well as helping her make decisions.
"Amanda and her entire family would like to thank everyone who's contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda's recovery," Tamar Arminak, her mom's attorney, tells People. "Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day."
Bynes even has plans to get back into fashion. She launched her previous collection, "Dear," in 2007 at Steve & Barry stores, but it all ended when the company went bankrupt. Bynes' lawyer says she's thinking of attending college and majoring in fashion design, with the hope to create a new line.
Bynes is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7 to reevaluate her mental state.
